The grape is from vineyards with shapely slopes and light sandy soils.
The selected grapes were optimum ripe. The grapes were then crushed. After initial heating to 35℃, the fermentation was carried out at 26℃-28℃. After aging the wine was bottled without processing, in order to preserve its components. After that it was left to rest for 3 months in horizontal position, before the bottles were let on the market.
On the nose – vanilla, sour cherry and black forest fruits. Taste – full bodied wine with velvety and strong tannins offering long and warm fruit aftertaste. Classic, intense wine with unique style.
Suitable for aging. Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Limited release, only 33591 bottles.
